- Proven work experience as a Maintenance Manager
- BS in Engineering or related technical field, or Technical Degree from accredited vocational college.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience and proven maintenance technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Responsible to follow Management of Change (MOC) process for all maintenance-initiated change requests.
- Maintains inventory of critical spare parts to ensure repairs can be made in an acceptable time frame.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Sets targets and key performance indicators and ensure adequate management reporting of the performance of the maintenance group.
- Drives the maintenance and reliability initiative focused on Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
- Coordinates maintenance projects, break down maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance activities through the work order system.
- Monitors maintenance team performance, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the plant.
- Ensures availability for after hours and weekend maintenance issues.
- 2-year technical degree from accredited vocational college required, BS in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in an industrial environment, required.
- Advanced certification in Maintenance Management or Operations, preferred.
- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies, preferred.
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) Certification, preferred.
