We are seeking a skilled professional with 6-8 years of experience in Database Administration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL and Python, along with a comprehensive understanding of database management systems.Responsibilities
Support and maintain data governance tools, specifically Semarchy (xDM).
Utilize strong SQL skills for data modeling and querying.
Work with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Semarchy xDI.
Integrate Semarchy with other systems using APIs and web services.
Contribute to the Master Data Management (MDM) processes, including data governance, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
Install and configure the Semarchy xDM platform.
Perform data modeling, application design, and manage match and merge rules.
Ensure security through user roles and access control.
Document and communicate processes effectively.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and Code Pipeline.
Linux experience is a plus.
Understanding of data quality, matching, merging, and survivorship rules.
Experience in data engineering, MDM, or data integration.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms such as Semarchy-specific features, Anamalo, Alation, and Manta.
