ROLE DESCRIPTION:As an account representative at Eric Mayer State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Prospect new business accounts via outbound calling and referral activities
Use a customer-focused approach to provide information about insurance products and services
Diagnose customer needs to suggest additional products and services with our agency
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals, answering any questions they may have
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses with professional customer service
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Work with agent to establish and meet agency goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written, verbal, and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to work in a team environment
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Experience in customer service or sales preferred
Outgoing and sociable
COMPENSATION:
45-65k+ per year, based on performance.
