ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will provide support, guidance, and direction to our community- based Business Office Directors, with regards to technology, operations and process support. You will also conduct quality assurance audits, train and guide our teams, provide feedback and corrective action to our managers, and perform routine site visits to support the community.Additional responsibilities include interviewing, recruitment and retention of our current Business Office Directors in addition to conducting the initial training for anyone new to the role in your region. This is a critical role within the Brightview leadership team, and allows for the opportunity to create a dramatic and positive impact on our residents’ ability to live an active, vibrant life!
- While this role has no direct reports, it has dotted line responsibility for Business Office Directors in assigned communities.
- Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training sales associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree and three – five years administrative experience with a minimum of three years in a senior living environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products, internet, and industry specific software; ability to quickly master new software applications.
- Strong customer orientation to older adults.
- Ability to organize and meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with fellow associates, residents, etc.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
