Sterling Engineering is partnering with a well-established manufacturing client to bring on a Project Manager. This individual will be a key player in managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery. This is a hands-on role involving every stage of the project lifecycle, from design and estimating to final delivery and customer communication. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in capital goods or machine design.Title: Engineering Project ManagerLocation: Brookfield, WIHire Type: DirectSalary Range: $80k-$90k annually (flexible depending on experience)Job Duties:Oversee all project stages, from initial concept to final delivery.Direct the project team to ensure successful project outcomes.Review and approve designs and product specifications for engineering integrity.Provide technical support and product details to the sales team.Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing and supply sources.Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial reporting.Interface with the service department for equipment installation and repair.Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and provide project updates.Ensure all safety and work rules and regulations are followed.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.A minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably in capital goods, machine design, or control systems.Proven experience managing project teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with AutoDesk/AutoCad and Inventor solid modeling software is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to various groups.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Benefits Summary:
