You will gain experience in all areas of Marketing through rotations Product Management, Market & Customer Activation, Pricing and Market Strategy.
Key projects or focus areas are identified for each rotation (examples: target market activation, voice of the customer, market segmentation strategy, digital marketing).
You will lead and support various aspects of key projects and present to internal and external leadership.
The Marketing Track will prepare you to succeed in future roles in our Adhesive organization.
What makes you a good fit
BS in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Problem solving and analytical thinking skills required.
Demonstrated academic achievement (3.0 or above is preferred).
Demonstrated leadership ability and collaboration within teams (previous internship/co-op experience is preferred).
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Available for full-time employment in July 2026.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $72,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
