- Greet and assist clients as they enter the office, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Reach out to customers regarding late payments and help facilitate timely resolutions.
- Assist customers in filing insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Support clients with policy changes, such as replacing vehicles on their policies.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing knowledgeable and efficient service.
- Maintain and update client records in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Valid property and casualty insurance license will be required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role within the insurance industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and insurance software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance or customer service is a plus.
