- Diagnoses or treats allergic or immunologic conditions by documenting patients’ medical histories, conducting physical examinations of patients and ordering or performing diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients about diagnoses, prognoses, or treatments and develops individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribes medication such as antihistamines, antibiotics, and nasal, oral, topical, or inhaled Gluc corticosteroids.
- Provides therapies such as allergen immunotherapy and immunoglobulin therapy to treat immune conditions and to assess the risks and benefits of therapies for allergic and immunologic disorders.
- Effectively monitors ongoing conditions.
- Maintains knowledge related to advancements in the field of allergy and immunology.
- Medical Degree with specialization in Allergy and Immunology.
- DEA certificate
- Currently possess, or can obtain, a proper medical license to practice medicine in the fields of Allergy and/or Immunology in the state of Wyoming.
- American Board of Allergy & Immunology (ABAI) certified, or ABAI eligible.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Compassionate and empathetic.
