YHIC- Contact Center DispatcherYour Home Improvement Company is looking for a full-time Dispatcher in our marketing room. Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, 12:00PM-9PM. Experience from a call room is preferred, but not necessary, as we will be willing to train the right Candidate. Pay is $18.00/hour plus bonuses.ResponsibilitiesAs a Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:
Assigning confirmed appointments to ensure sales team efficiency.
Making prompt, informed decisions to address challenges and provide solutions.
Effectively multitasking and prioritizing tasks to support daily operations.
Demonstrating strong forecasting and planning capabilities.
Utilizing data entry skills to navigate and update our computer system.
QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a related role.
Strong Customer Experience skills
Proficiency in typing and data entry.
A strong knowledge of the Tampa Bay area and surrounding regions.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Active listening skills and exceptional verbal communication.
Strong character, critical thinking abilities, and sound judgment.
The ability to thrive under pressure.
