- Design and develop SQL server stored procedures, functions, views and triggers Designing and developing SSIS/ SQL ERTL solutions to acquire and prepare data from numerous upstream systems
- Builds data transformations with SSIS including importing data from files, moving data from one database platform to another
- Debug and tune SSIS or other ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient movement of data
- Experience working with SSIS packages Knowledge of database structures, performance tuning, data analysis
- Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to understand business and end-user needs, gain subject matter expertise and assess key opportunities, then design and implement high quality data and reporting solutions.
- Develops statements of problems and requirements, analyzes, designs systems and programs, and writes programs in computer language and tools as appropriate
- Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents reporting code according to established standards, policies, procedures, security and compliance requirements.
- Understands and foresees implications of decisions. Understands the core business process and purpose of the functional area.
- Works with minimal direction in virtual teams. Writes efficient, re-usable, optimal, and well documented code. Updates management on project/activity status as requested and escalates issues quickly.
- Interacts with business users, IT, vendors and customers to define current and future application requirements. Simplifies difficult concepts for non-technical users.
- Extends capabilities by working with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization.
- 8+ experience with SQL Server 2019, 20228+ years of Microsoft SSIS development
- 8+ years of experience with proficiency in SQL
- Experience with SQL Server 2019, 2022 and SSIS
- Experience with development of SQL/SSIS packages and stored procedures.
- An ability to work with complex SQL queries, debugging of issues.
- Knowledge of database structures, performance tuning, data analysis
- 5-8 years' experience with SQL Server, SSIS
- Good communicator
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience working in an onshore-offshore environment
