- $24.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience
- Assist with mediating disputes, terminations, and administering disciplinary procedures
- Advise managers on employee-related human resource policies, procedures, programs, and laws and recommend changes as needed
- Gather data, create, and analyze quarterly and annual turnover reports. Gather and maintain affirmative action program information and file EEO-1 reports annually
- Implement new hire orientation, employee recognition programs, and other related HR programs
- Investigate employment related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and /or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other ongoing HR training opportunities
- Assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals
- Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from database
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in human resources management preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
