Job Description:Job Title: Work Pack Developer (Offshore)Rotational Schedule: 14/14Crew Change Location: Houma, LouisianaDanos Expectations:A successful candidate will exhibit characteristics that support the following:

The Maintenance Planner develops optimized asset maintenance activity planning at or beyond the expected throughput rate in order to enable 100% first time quality of maintenance work execution that safely reduces backlog cumulative risk and maximizes equipment availability at optimal costResponsibilities:
  • Develop maintenance work planning for an asset in accordance I am responsible for with the AMS ME (local eME Planning Process) including:
  • Identify and provide detailed procedural job steps, craft type and count required, materials required, and duration to execute each job step (consulting SME's, advisors, engineering for technical input/ clarification on scope).
  • Include minimum required components to a work package determined by the QA QC guidance by engineering discipline
  • Identify individual job plan SIMOPS impacts (production impacts, POB impacts to IAPS, etc.) by utilization of System Condition
  • Identify MOC needs, and communicate to correct AMS work process via Waiting on Engineering MOC, and MTO users statuses applied to work order (ex. MTO Fit4 entry)
  • Adhere to budgetary limits, seeking approval by OMC for work order spend above certain dollar amount awaiting release
  • Adjust work order start date based on identified planning constraints (ex. Materials lead time) and rough-cut schedule work into most efficient approach considering SIMOPS needs of the asset
  • Raise needs for stock/MMR updates to warehouseman
  • Coordinate and optimize 3rd party needs and mobilization movements (ex. Batching work orders for vendor to execute)
  • Requisition identified materials/services. Long term goes to an onshore role.
  • Serve as QA of work planning across planning team validating the completeness of work prep before. Provide coaching to peers.
  • Interface with expeditor to request materials to ship from GOM DC to platform in Materials Status Meeting, interface with warehouseman for materials validation on the asset.
  • Divide up incoming work and assigning to work preparers (WPT, GP, or Discipline Planners). Flag Program Work/ Major Maint. vs. Routine Maint. at discretion of OMC
  • Plan small plant change jobs vetted through MTO process and fully plannable from engineering at discretion of MTL via WO request
Continuous Improvement/ Efficiency Improvements:
  • Create, utilize, and modify CM Task Lists (CMTL's)
  • Submit Material Master Record requests/edits
  • Submit PM Redlines - Criteria 1 Changes 路
  • Seek, obtain, and action CM feedback, perform RCA's
Outcome Responsibility:
  • Efficient, accurate, and maximized throughput of corrective and preventative maintenance work planning (planning backlog reduction, maximized personal throughput, high quality and accuracy)
  • Continuous improvement of maintenance planning process
Expected Interactions:
  • Coordinate with Asset Leadership focused on OMC and Maintenance Supervisor, MTL, Advisors, Maintenance Craft, WPT's, other Planners, Scheduler, Engineering, and any other key Stakeholders, to ensure optimized, effective and efficient maintenance work prep is consistently delivered
Competencies & Certification Requirements:
  • JG5, Knowledge of AMS ME, Maintenance technician and/or production operations background

  • Planner spends majority of time developing maintenance work planning in accordance with the eME Planning Process.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of planning experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of offshore experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Valid TWIC card
