  • Professionally engage and nurture leads from highly qualified digital and in-store sources
  • Coordinate and confirm client appointments with precision and a concierge-level approach
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to align clients with the right vehicle and ownership solution
  • Deliver tailored vehicle presentations that reflect deep product and brand expertise
  • Navigate the sales process with sophistication, including negotiation, documentation, and closing
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clientele, fostering ongoing relationships through regular communication and outreach
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience
  • Maintain accurate, detailed CRM documentation for long-term relationship management and marketing follow-up
  • Continually expand product knowledge, staying current on the latest Porsche innovations, options, and technologies

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
