  • 2+ years of experience as a service advisor for an independent auto repair shop or dealership
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Always upbeat and friendly, you speak with clients about their needs, perform walk-around vehicle inspections, and schedule service appointments. As you make repair recommendations, you upsell additional services and emphasize their value to encourage customers to approve the job. While the work is underway, you communicate with the technicians and provide the client with status updates.
