- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to close, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Team Management & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals. Implement ongoing training programs and coaching to improve performance and skill sets. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Process & Systems Development: Design, implement, and optimize internal sales processes and systems. This includes developing clear workflows, leveraging CRM technology, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and analyze sales effectiveness.
- Marketing & Business Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads. Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to provide regular reports and insights to the executive team. Use this data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the remodeling or home services industry is highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
