Set up and maintain project/work plans in Planview, coordinate with work managers for resource alignment and assignment, and ensure compliance with governance standards in non-PM-led workstreams.Core Purpose:
Provides critical planning and governance support by configuring and maintaining accurate schedules and task assignments in Planview, aligning resources with priorities, and ensuring that governance processes are followed in collaboration with work managers.Primary Responsibility:- Build, configure, and maintain project/work plans in Planview, ensuring all milestones, tasks, dependencies, and resource assignments are accurately reflected.
- Collaborate with work managers to confirm resource availability, resolve conflicts, and update assignments/requirements and allocations.
- Capture planning session outcomes, translate them into Planview updates, and verify alignment with agreed timelines.
- Monitor task progress within Planview and flag delays or misalignments for resolution (monthly).
- Ensure governance requirements (documentation, checkpoints, compliance criteria) are met, even in workstreams without a dedicated Project Manager.
- Prepare governance reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement in planning and governance processes by providing feedback on tool usage and workflow efficiency.Key Differentiators:

- Operates effectively in environments where the work manager leads delivery but requires structured planning and governance compliance.
