
International Payroll Manager

- Run all international monthly and off-cycle payrolls (via Ceridian Dayforce Connected Pay); apply policy-based pay and deduction rules per country
- Lead or support new country payroll implementations and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain payroll policies and controls to ensure compliance and identify process improvements
- Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports; run audits to flag issues or year-end discrepancies
- Serve as first point of contact for international payroll inquiries; troubleshoot issues
- Provide backup support for North America payroll
- Support internal/external audits and assist with general HR duties as needed
- 5-8 years of international payroll experience; strong preference for Ceridian Dayforce
- Payroll expertise in countries such as Australia, UK, Germany, Mexico, Singapore, and others
- Strong understanding of tax categories, deductions, and year-end processes
- Proficient in Excel; excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Skilled in customer service, multitasking, and time management
- Able to work independently and communicate across all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Payroll certification (e.g., CPP) a plus
