My client is seeking a talented quality engineer to be a leading contributor to their Steel and Tubing Division. The role with touch several facets of quality assurance including customer quality, operations development, and internal quality.The key responsibilities of the Quality Engineer are:
  • Develop and implement robust quality control processes to ensure that all filtration products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent their recurrence.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Generate regular reports on key quality metrics and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of work experience
  • Successful quality understanding of CAPAs, Root Cause Analysis, and Design of Experiments
  • Experienced in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Steel Fabrication Highly Desired
