As we expand our presence in the Americas, we are seeking a high-performing and visionary RVP of Sales to lead and scale our LATAM sales operations.Role Overview
The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales for the Americas (LATAM) will drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic relationships, and expand market presence across Latin America. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with deep knowledge of SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or compliance technology markets. The RVP will lead sales teams across key territories (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and other major LATAM markets), build partnerships, and drive execution against aggressive growth targets.Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Own and exceed regional sales targets by developing and executing a scalable LATAM go-to-market strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams across the LATAM region, ensuring strong execution and consistent results.
  • Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and capture new market opportunities in LATAM, particularly in financial services, fintech, banking, payments, telecom, and high-risk industries.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and strengthen partnerships with key clients, channel partners, and regional stakeholders to accelerate adoption.
  • Customer Success Alignment: Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Enterprise Sales Execution: Drive complex enterprise sales cycles with C-level executives, regulators, and compliance leaders.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting, sales analytics, and quarterly business reviews to global leadership.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and thought-leadership platforms in LATAM.
Key Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: 12+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role covering LATAM.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong background in SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, cybersecurity, compliance, or digital identity verification.
  • Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of LATAM’s regulatory, compliance, and financial ecosystem with established relationships across key markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, etc.).
  • Leadership: Experience managing multicultural, distributed sales teams with a proven ability to attract and retain top talent.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong ability to design and execute market-entry and expansion strategies.
  • Energetic & Extroverted: Passionate, dynamic leader with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish required (Portuguese highly preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
