- Develop, implement, and maintain security and compliance policies aligned with regulatory standards (SOC 2, HIPAA) and business requirements.
- Lead and support full-cycle audit engagements, including evidence collection, control testing, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
- Design and operationalize risk management processes to identify, assess, and track enterprise risks, providing actionable insights for leadership.
- Streamline GRC workflows by automating request intake, evidence gathering, and reporting to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments and maintain third-party due diligence processes through centralized compliance trust frameworks.
- Support enterprise security awareness initiatives by building training campaigns and tracking compliance against SLA-driven goals.
- Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to optimize compliance operations and reduce analyst workload.
- Own and drive remediation of Security Compliance findings from audits and compliance reviews.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in healthcare compliance or regulated environment
- Has experience with compliance and how it works with cloud-native technology stacks. (e.g., SSO, AWS, Azure, etc)
- Has 3+ years of experience participating and improving security compliance programs leveraging common industry standards and frameworks.
- A “can-do, get-it-done” attitude. Takes ownership of tasks, projects and relationships.
- Background in evaluating controls relative to information security frameworks and privacy regulations such SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST 800 series, etc.
- Personally committed to learning and actively working to continuously develop professionally.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, prioritize work, and react quickly to changing business needs and demands all in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.

- Starting Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
