Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set!   • Reaching out to potential leads to generate interest in State Farm products.
  • Reaching out to previous customers to re-engage their interest in coming back to State Farm for their insurance needs.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Marketing - local community outreach efforts.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
