- Partner with program leadership to align HR strategies with contract objectives and mission needs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with federal and contract-specific labor regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies in alignment with OFCCP and EEO requirements.
- Ensure compliance with government contract labor categories, Service Contract Act (SCA) and other relevant federal guidelines.
- Manage HR metrics and reporting to contract leadership and corporate HR.
- Facilitate training, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Support security clearance processes in partnership with Facility Security Officers (FSO), when applicable.
- Advise management on compensation and benefits matters within the constraints of contract guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience , with at least 2 years supporting a government contract or federal agency.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, labor standards, and HR compliance in the federal contracting space.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Service Contract Act (SCA) (preferred).
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly desired.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
