The Licensing and Compliance Coordinator supports the Legal Department in ensuring that the company fulfills its regulatory obligations to avoid a compliance breach. This is an exciting time to be a part of our company as we grow to become the nation’s leading commercial autism care provider!RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Director of Compliance, and Risk Management on licensure and compliance issues
  • Support the Legal Team on any real estate issues that intersect with licensure and compliance issues, including ensuring that clinic locations have current local business licenses
  • Act as a liaison with Real Estate Development Team on regulatory compliance issues
  • Support the Associate Attorney responsible for licensure applications
  • Support the legal team on regulatory compliance issues
  • Responsible for gathering and organizing licensing and compliance documentation as directed by an Associate Attorney or the Director of Compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all functional departments
  • Assist with other assigned projects as needed
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience with clinical facilities
  • Experience in regulatory/licensure research and accreditations preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management applications
  • Must maintain clean background/drug screenings
  • Project-management and time-management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in delivering information to direct reports and senior management
  • Well organized with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in different locations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site/multi-state environment
  • Ability to work effectively individually as well as assemble a strong team capable of meeting timelines
  • Critical thinking skills and proper judgment
