
Sr. Program Manager, Sales Enablement, Amazon Warehousing and Distribution

- Create and maintain sales enablement content (playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks) by translating product team inputs into compelling sales tools
- Design and deliver global training programs, including onboarding materials, product updates, and certification programs
- Establish and manage communication channels and programs to keep global sales teams informed of product changes and updates
- Select and implement appropriate enablement tools and platforms to support global sales operations
- Partner with product teams, regional sales leaders, and marketing to ensure alignment and address market-specific needs
- Track program effectiveness through metrics, feedback collection, and performance analysis
- Build and maintain knowledge management systems and processes to support sustainable global scale
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience defining sales performance metrics and driving process improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
