We're looking for a Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Strategy who's excited to help shape how SageSure shows up in the market-and make sure our strategy translates into real-world impact. In this role, you'll help bring our brand narrative to life while supporting meaningful business outcomes for the GTM team.You'll be the connective tissue between vision and execution, ensuring our top priorities are clearly communicated and fully aligned across internal teams and key external audiences like producers, policyholders, carrier partners, reinsurers, and investors.This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work across the organization-with teams like Marketing, Sales, Education, Sales Enablement, Product, Software, Innovation, and Claims-while also partnering closely with GTM leadership. From designing producer engagement strategies to helping us deepen loyalty and elevate our presence in the market, you'll play a key role in how SageSure grows and builds lasting relationships.What You'll Be Doing:Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Turn big-picture goals into clear go-to-market strategies that help our teams stay aligned and moving in the same direction.
- Make sense of complex initiatives-bringing clarity, structure, and flexibility to fast-moving workstreams.
- Support broader strategic GTM initiatives, including annual planning, producer segmentation, territory strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with our executive stakeholders to elevate visibility and alignment around key company initiatives.
- Help us communicate what matters-clearly and effectively-to our producers, partners, and policyholders.
- Collaborate across teams like marketing strategy, creative, and education to create engaging materials that help bring our initiatives to life.
- As needed, lead the strategy to develop content and tools that consistently explain our products and strategic priorities in ways that resonate.
- Provide strategic oversight of select events that enhance SageSure's market presence and strengthen our producer relationships.
- Help ensure key business meetings run smoothly, drive impactful follow-ups, and deliver crisp, executive-ready summaries.
- Acts as a connector across GTM, Product, Innovation, Claims, Marketing, and beyond, leaning into collaboration to keep teams aligned on priorities, status, and timelines.
- Be the go-to marketing partner for internal stakeholders, making sure key initiatives come together smoothly.
- Coach and support teams across the business, helping foster a culture that values smart strategy and thoughtful planning.
- Use data to tell stories and spark action, bringing insight and clarity to decision-making through compelling visuals and recommendations.
- You're a motivated, self-starting strategist who's comfortable working with data and knows how to use it to drive results.
- You bring a professional presence and can confidently partner with leaders and executives.
- You know how to distill insights from data and turn them into a story others can rally around.

- You're a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and great at cross-functional collaboration.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- You bring at least 7 years of experience in marketing or GTM roles, preferably within insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
- You have experience across both B2B and D2C.
- 10+ years in marketing strategy, GTM, stakeholder communications, or sales enablement strategy.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear strategic
- Experience marketing innovation or software initiatives across B2B or B2B2C audiences.
- Proven success in developing executive-ready strategies that engage external stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating on large-scale events and strategic engagements with partners and customers.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
- High initiative, self-managed, and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with Wrike or other project management tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Domo, or other BI/CRM tools.
