- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in NetSuite, focusing on AP, AR, and FP&A functions.
- Manage training and process enhancement across various departments including inventory, warehouse, logistics, and finance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP inquiries and collaborate with department managers to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Report to the IT Department, working closely with Operations Analyst and NetSuite Administrator to address internal staff requests and optimize systems.
- Lead implementations and collaborate with external partners to maximize value.
- Minimum 4 years of NetSuite experience, with expertise in finance modules.
- 5+ years of finance or related field experience.
- Strong communication, project management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in a team.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring on NetSuite applications.
- Competitive salary range: $90,000/yr – $120,000/yr.
