- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating their goals into actionable technology initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Drive value realization by tracking outcomes and ensuring technology investments deliver on their promise.
- Champion innovation by identifying where emerging technologies can unlock new capabilities or efficiencies.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, business analysis, or business relationship management.
- Experience in the global tech industry delivering innovative, cutting-edge digital experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- BRM certification (e.g., BRMP® or CBRM®) or familiarity with BRM principles is highly desirable.
- Experience in portfolio, project, or change management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT capabilities, including applications, data, and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
