Join us and let's build the future.Summary:We are seeking a skilled SAP Data Migration expert with extensive experience in SAP data migration projects with previous experience on Syniti tools (ADM or ADMM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP data models and migration processes, coupled with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams, ensure data quality, and deliver on project timelines.Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP implementation strategies.
  • Configure data migration tools including Syniti ADMM and BODS for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data mapping and migration requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement data migration plans, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and identify issues prior to migration.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to design and optimize data migration processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the migration process.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration roles for greenfield or brownfield projects. Expertise on data migration methodology (mock cycles, validation approach, etc.) is a must.
  • Proven experience with data migration tools including LTMC, DMC, BODS, Syniti tools (e.g., Syniti ADMM/ADM, Syniti Knowledge Platform) and its various modules including Reporting hub, Migrate & Construct.
  • Experience with legacy SAP data tools like LSMW, MASS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and data structures (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC).
  • Extensive knowledge on SAP Data model (Materials, Business Partners, BOMs, Routings, etc)
  • Knowledge on configurable materials and associated data objects including material classes and characteristics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP certification in one or more technical areas is a plus.
  • Certification on Syniti ADMM would be preferred.
  • Exposure to Variant Configuration (VC or AVC) would be a plus
