We have an immediate opening for an Operational Support Analyst to join our team!The Operational Support Analyst is an entry level position in the Client Development and Support Department. Client Development and Support is responsible for a wide variety of tasks from processing mail and UPS to creating new clients in the resolve system and assisting with the setup of the data profiles within that client. The CDS department is responsible for maintaining and monitoring all client databases as well as providing support to MBMS staff regarding database and system issues.As an Operational Support Analyst, you would learn the process of printing healthcare forms (HCFAS), reports and refunds as well as how to process and monitor all outgoing mail and UPS packages. You would also be responsible for processing, logging and auditing demographic and report data for multiple different clients and several different interfaces (locations/tax ids) within those clients. To provide support to MBMS staff the CDS department utilizes a ticketing system called Service Desk, other MBMS departments can submit ticket requests to add or make changes to profiles within resolve as well as request additional research be done. Tickets are an important part of CDS's role at MBMS and we make sure we are on top of them with quick response times and clear solutions. You will learn how to complete all tickets that come into the CDS bucket starting with the simpler tickets and working to the more complicated as each step builds to the next.We offer great benefits and excellent opportunity for growth and advancement!Qualifications and Work Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one to three years' work experience
Location:In person at our Newark, DE office M/T/W and remote on Th/F; hours are 8am-4pm.
