Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.Responsibilities for this PositionGeneral Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) has openings to join our Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) in Pittsfield, Massachusetts (Class of 2026). The MLP Engineer is a 3-year rotational leadership program with six, 6-month rotations in unique manufacturing and business functions. The position provides an opportunity to work with collaborative teams through various GDMS manufacturing programs that support our nation's critical defense missions. The program will enhance your skillset among a talented and technically accomplished group of colleagues.The program develops technical and business leaders in an accelerated learning environment. You will be given opportunities in leadership development, project management, and mentorship from Executive Management. This opportunity is structured to provide challenging and enriching work assignments, an opportunity to gain familiarity with General Dynamics Mission Systems practices across the business, and a chance to explore individual interests. As part of the program, you will earn an advanced degree in engineering or management, prepaid in full by the company up to $40K.What sets you apart:
