country, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help us grow and expand
our business.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop business and promote Interim
Healthcare in our territory, driving sales, building relationships, and creating
opportunities for growth. With leads generated via social media and web/internet,
magazine and print ads, as well as self-generated leads through networking with
existing and new referral contacts and partners, you'll have plenty of chances to
showcase your skills.
To succeed in this position, you'll need at least two years of successful and verifiable
Sales and Marketing experience within the healthcare industry, preferably in Home
Care, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Senior Center, and/or a Rehab facility. You should
have proven ability to create and implement effective and result-oriented marketing
strategies, as well as continuously and actively pursue new sales opportunities and lead
sources by email, social media, phone, and in person.
At Interim Healthcare we work as a tight group, with the internal operations team partnering
together with Sales to execute all the service functions and effectively deliver the best
quality of care. As Sales Manager, you'll need the ability to navigate and communicate
with all parties involved, including referral sources, medical doctors, case managers,
family members (decision makers), and the internal operation team consisting of
company executives, HR, Nursing and/or Medical Director, etc.).
