- SalesPage & Salesforce Initiatives - Various assignments working within Touchstone's CRM tools to help enhance the sales experience for both the internal and external sales associate. Within Salesforce, working on special projects for onboarding Salesforce within our retail channel.
- Campaign/Event Tracking - Working in the SalesPage CRM to track post-event activity and sales and provide impact reporting to sales management in a timely manner.
- Marketing - Supporting the Strategic Marketing Department in providing financial professional lists to each territory before a large communication goes out. Working within the marketing group to setup schedules and a timeline of distributions.
- Investment Strategy Specialist - Working closely with our investment strategy specialist team to help with competitive analysis on mutual funds and supporting the population of ticker symbols to build for future opportunity for our sales group.
- Institutional Channel - Leveraging financial professional data through a third-party vendor, building out Salesforce to help with uncovering leads for the institutional team to expand their sales efforts into more RIAs and banks. In addition, data mining for 401k opportunities.
- Learning Initiatives.
- Structure of Fund Family and Wholesaler Distribution.
- Touchstone Funds Product Training.
- Proper profiling of advisors and positioning of products and services.
- Shadowing of internal wholesaler and investment strategy specialists.
- Presentation Training, both in person and virtual.
- Know Your Value, Personal Branding and Art of the Interview coursework
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- College - Rising Junior or Rising Senior - Required
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and a self-starter
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize projects
- Candidate must have completed their sophomore year of college
