And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We’re here to better our world with biology.Join us as our newest Material Handler IThis position works under general supervision and is primarily responsible for loading, unloading and moving materials and finished products within warehouse and pack orders to ensure timely, accurate delivery of customer requests.In this role you’ll make an impact by:Reading work orders and following oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.Loading/Unloading materials onto or from pallets, tubs, racks and shelves and into vehicles; inspecting vehicles for proper shipping conditions.Unload materials from vehicles, inspect deliveries and shipments for accuracy and damage and prepare proper documents.Locate stock - count, weigh and record units of material moved, handled, or shipped.Prep materials for shipment by palletizing, banding, wrapping and labeling shipments.Pick and package finished products per work orders.Enter data in SAP, update records and file documents, electronically and manually, prepare/distribute reports, as required.Maintain clean area by sweeping or mopping.Comply with all departmental safety and sanitation requirements.Convey materials to proper storage area.Rotate stock as needed and optimize space utilization.Operate industrial trucks or electric hoists to assist in loading or moving materials and products.Perform PM to lift equipment.Maintain proper temperature for products.To succeed you must hold:Be able to read, write, and speak English.Be able to operate industrial trucks or electric hoists to assist in loading or moving materials.Possess basic computer skills to navigate email and data systems.Have knowledge of GMP, safety, sanitation, and Hazardous Materials as per DOT requirements.Be able to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from drivers, other production-related departments (e.g., Customer Service), and co-workers in a tactful manner.​Be able to use a calculator to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including conversions to metric weight.(These characteristics are typically acquired through a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related material handling experience.)Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (2nd shift)Location: Madison, WI (On-Site)Application deadline: September 17, 2025Expected pay: $20/hourBenefits you will enjoy:401(k) with up to a 9% company contributionMinimum of 3 weeks of vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness TimeHealth, Dental, Vision & Life insuranceHealthcare savings account optionEmployee assistance programParental leaveTuition reimbursementAll benefits begin on your first dayCould our purpose be yours?
