Job Overview:The Client Services Budget Analyst serves as the process owner for the creation, review, and submission of the operating budget for all Client Services cost centers each year, in addition to analyze expenses across the department to support for the Client Services Leadership Team. The Budget Process Accounting Analyst manages all expense tracking and associated reports, identifying errors and savings opportunities in addition to developing or modifying forecasting tools for each general ledger account accurately predicting department expenses for the following year. This position also supports administrative responsibilities for the leadership team (scheduling meetings, updating presentations, creating reports, etc.)Responsibilities:Create EA1, EA2, and MBBP during the budget planning cycles throughout the year. Determine expected spend for each GL in Client Services across all cost centers. Partner with VROs and CS Leaders to ensure future planning and cost adjustments are accurate. Develop or modify forecasting tools for each general ledger account to accurately predict department expenses for the next year. Reconcile current and future FTE needs across all cost centers to ensure salary/fringe is accurate. Develop presentations and walk slides as required, to explain YOY changes and justify expense. (20%)Monitor SAP expenses weekly in all cost centers. Investigate anomalies and potential errors and re-class entries as necessary by month end. Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure awareness. . Prepare monthly budget reports for CS leaders, including reconciliation of FTE, Contractors, and all expenses across cost centers. Manage all expense tracking and associated reports monthly, identifying errors and savings opportunities and be prepared to explain variances against plan and present to operations leaders as required. Represent CS in the monthly OPEX call. (30%)Partner with Finance and Controlling and Payroll colleagues to reconcile FTE and Contractor counts. Serve as the central point of contact for key vendor spend across all operations teams (i.e. call center vendor) . Collaborate with operations colleagues to obtain and understand the required information. (10%)Process FedEx invoices weekly and review FedEx expenses for all Client Services accounts for accuracy and route for payment. Monthly review all details across Client Services 17 teams and reconcile accordingly. Monitor SAP expenses weekly and re-class entries as necessary at month end after coordinating with corresponding departments. Provide ad hoc reporting to CS leadership as requested. (20%)Complete purchase orders for all Client Services vendors as required, route invoices to appropriate VRO for approval. Communicate in advance to all approvers. Maintain PO Dashboard after receiving monthly update from F&C. Responsible for monthly supply ordering and tracking. (10%)Provide administrative support for CS Leadership Team as required . Serve as the administrator for the employee recognition system and reconcile monthly expenses across all leaders to ensure budget is utilized appropriately. (10%)QualificationsQualifications:Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

Education:
High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:
