Job Title: Salesperson at Serpentini Chevrolet of WestlakeJob Description:SIGNING BONUS UP TO $5,000*Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake is seeking a motivated and dynamic salesperson to join our team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the sales process to make a purchase. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and achieve sales targets.Responsibilities:
Greet and guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience
Build rapport and trust with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase our inventory
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties
Work with customers to determine their purchasing options and negotiate deals
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, promotions, and industry trends
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required. Automotive sales experience a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
