- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services
- Collaborate with the medical director to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices
- Mentor and support other healthcare providers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the medical department
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations
- Contribute to policy development and implementation to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Coordinate with external healthcare partners to improve continuity of care
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to address social determinants of health
- Lead continuing education programs for clinical staff
- Participate in the training and supervision of medical students and residents
- Stay abreast of current medical research and best practices, implementing evidence-based care strategies
- Represent the organization at community health events and initiatives
- Advocate for patient needs and community health issues
- Develop outreach programs to improve access to care for underserved populations
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (preferably with DNP) or Physician Assistant (preferrably with DMSc) in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of community health principles and population health management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and data analysis
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing healthcare landscapes
- Cultural competence and experience working with diverse patient populations
- Board certification in family practice or primary care (preferred)
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly desirable
