- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment, and onboarding
- General knowledge and understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Evaluate resumes, identify qualified candidates, and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
- Organize and manage the scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Assist in preparation of offer letters.
- Ensure strict adherence to applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist with preparing HR-related reports.
- Provide support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives in the HR department.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
