A long-standing, family-owned general contractor with a 70+ year history is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their Atlanta team. This firm specializes in light industrial, tilt-wall, distribution, and manufacturing projects, with typical project values ranging from $15M to $60M. With a strong, relationship-driven culture and steady annual growth, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a collaborative environment.What You’ll Do:
  • Lead estimating efforts on commercial and light industrial projects ($15M–$60M)
  • Prepare conceptual and schematic estimates
  • Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids
  • Perform constructability reviews and value engineering
  • Mentor junior estimators and guide the preconstruction team
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years estimating experience with a general contractor
  • Strong background in light industrial and tilt-wall construction
  • Proficiency with takeoff/estimating tools (OST, WinEst, Bluebeam, Sage, etc.)
  • Experience with GMP/design-build pursuits is a plus
  • In-office role (no hybrid/remote)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary up to $120k (based on experience)
