- Identify and understand how various common behaviors and college health topics positively or negatively affect their well-being at the intrapersonal, and interpersonal levels.
- Be able to identify, understand and implement a skill or behavior that enhances their well-being.
- Develop an understanding of the interconnectedness of well-being and health behaviors.
- Identify, understand and access resources provided by the Wellness Center.
- Identify well-being resources on campus and within the community.

- Applicants must be 16 years or older, have work permit consent, and eligible to work in the United States
- Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit classes with a minimum of 12 graduation credit hours completed
- Applicants must be pursuing an approved educational degree
- Applicants must have and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA (waived for first semester new students)
- Applicants must be in “good standing” – no City Colleges of Chicago academic restrictions
- Applicants must not be current Full or Part-time employees of the City Colleges of Chicago
- All positions are “employment at-will”
- Must be available to participate in the program’s orientation scheduled from 1/9/23 to 1/12/23; 9am-12pm or 9am-5pm.
- Must be available for and participate in a Spring training in April 2023 (Hosted by The Network/Project Safe)
- High School Diploma, or GED, and currently enrolled at Daley College required.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher by the end of the Summer 2022 semester. (WAIVED-if you are a first-semester student at CCC with no GPA, we will take that into consideration.)
- Have earned a minimum of 12 credit hours by August 2022.
- Exhibit knowledge of issues impacting students who are from populations that have been historically underrepresented in higher education, first-generation students, and first-generation citizen students, and students from low socioeconomic backgrounds
- Articulate and provide evidence of growing leadership portfolio.
- Adhere to a strong code of ethics.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exhibit strong communication skills.
- Be able to work with a diverse group of people including students, faculty, and staff.
- Be in good social standing with Daley College.
