  • Project Management: Oversee either with or under Creative managers, within both Music video, experiential, and photoshoots. Oversee creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and that projects stay on budget. Coordinate with various departments (A&R, marketing, digital, etc.) to ensure cohesive and timely delivery of materials.
  • Content Creation & Oversight: Collaborate on the creation of visual content for albums, singles, and promotional campaigns, including album artwork, music videos, photo shoots, social media assets, and other multimedia materials. Ensure high-quality output that aligns with the label's artistic and commercial goals.
  • Creative Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management and artists to define and execute the creative vision for the label and its releases. Develop strategies that align with the label's brand and target audience.
  • Maintain media budgets by reviewing and processing budgets & invoices, setting up vendors, generating purchase orders, and processing expenses for department leads
  • Manage & maintain media department resources (research and maintain contact database, advance weekly media alerts and recaps, event calendar, television updates, assist media leads in writing, updating, and maintaining their media tools).
  • Act as support to additional Creative manager when needed by attending artist meetings, taking notes, and helping oversee next steps on projects.
  • Prepare and support coverage of artist-related events (concerts, release parties, award/television shows, interviews, photoshoots, Sony Music Live Events and more).
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Manage the budget for creative projects, ensuring that creative assets are delivered within financial constraints. Source and liaise with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, and graphic designers, when necessary.
