  • Supervise daily construction activities on municipal projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders including local government, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Inspect work for quality assurance, ensuring all aspects meet project specifications and government requirements.
  • Keep accurate project records, including progress reports, schedules, and any changes to the original plan

  • Proven experience in managing municipal construction projects with a focus on public sector requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise staff and subcontractors
