- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce implementations
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarify requirements
- Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business goals
- Support testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business expectations
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
- Assist in change management and user adoption strategies
- Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay informed on Salesforce updates and financial services industry trends
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce projects
- At least 3 years of Professional Services experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Financial Services Cloud
- Proven experience working with financial services clients and understanding of industry-specific processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder
- Financial Services Cloud Certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
