  • 5+ years of accounting or financial leadership experience, with a focus on month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Strong proficiency in NetSuite and confidence managing integrations with tools like Shopify, Avalara, and PayPal
  • Solid grasp of GAAP principles, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity accounting
  • Experience with inventory and COGS accounting in a product-based or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
  • CPA, CMA, or public accounting background strongly preferred
