- Driving sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor.
- Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
- Assisting the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high-performing and diverse team.
- Assisting in building bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility.
- Establishing open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team.
- Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
- Maintaining a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards.
- Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.

- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store
- Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results
- Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
