- Client Interaction: Manage caseloads, conduct assessments, offer family guidance, and develop intervention plans.
- Performing comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyses.
- Developing intervention plans based on evidence and tailored to specific needs.
- Adhering to the high professional and ethical standards set by the BACB.
- Supervising and providing guidance to team members to ensure exceptional performance.
- Collaborating effectively with a diverse group to maintain consistent interventions across different settings.
- Total Compensation: The total compensation package ranges between $77,000 and $107,500, which includes base salary, annual bonuses, and is determined based on experience and competency.
