  • Shadowing & Observation: Observe client sessions and senior BCBAs to gain practical insights.
  • Feedback & Evaluation: Attend initial feedback sessions with supervisors to discuss integration and performance.
  • Resource Familiarization: Access materials, research, and in-house tools to enhance your knowledge.

  • Client Interaction: Manage caseloads, conduct assessments, offer family guidance, and develop intervention plans.
Requirements:We are seeking skilled professionals, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, with expertise in the following areas:
  • Performing comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyses.
  • Developing intervention plans based on evidence and tailored to specific needs.
  • Adhering to the high professional and ethical standards set by the BACB.
  • Supervising and providing guidance to team members to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Collaborating effectively with a diverse group to maintain consistent interventions across different settings.
Requirements for this position include a master's degree or higher in a relevant field and a current BCBA certification from the BACB.Benefits:As a BCBA, joining our team comes with the following benefits:
