- Research and pinpoint prospective residential leads for solar services by engaging with customers in designated retail partner locations in Tampa & Clearwater.
- Spark interest through direct, friendly outreach, initiating conversations about energy savings and sustainable living.
- Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to explore their energy needs and introduce the benefits of solar solutions.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria (e.g., homeownership, energy usage) and prepare them for seamless handoff to our specialized sales team.
- Schedule and confirm in-home or virtual consultations for Solar Solutions Representatives to present personalized energy plans.
- Represent both The London Group and our solar partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and credibility within the retail environment.
- Accurately document all lead activities, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM for effective follow-up and pipeline transparency.
- Provide timely feedback from customer interactions to help refine messaging, address common objections, and track competitor presence in the solar market.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals.
- Explore outreach methods and share insights to consistently enhance lead qualification and appointment setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred for long-term advancement.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, promotions, or client-facing roles, with a hunger to grow in the energy sales and business development space.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills with a confident, approachable, and persuasive presence.
- Natural curiosity and analytical thinking when identifying quality residential prospects and their energy needs.
- Motivated by results, persistent in pursuit of goals, and positive in overcoming setbacks or customer hesitation.
- Highly self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks while thriving in team settings and managing a retail presence.
- Proficient with basic digital tools; eager to adopt CRM systems and learn new energy-related technologies.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with consistent follow-up and strong documentation habits for lead management.
- Flexible and quick to adjust to campaign shifts and evolving customer needs or retail environments.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S., with a strong sense of accountability.
- You make energy conversations feel like small talk at a rooftop brunch—sunny, smooth, and surprisingly engaging.
