This role involves developing strong relationships with distributors, partners and/or customers, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and optimize supply chain processes.Responsibilities:
  • Account Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, partners and/or customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular meetings with distributors, partners and/or customers to review performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, suppliers, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor supply chain activities and workflows to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Identify and address potential disruptions in the supply chain to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present account performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the supply chain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in supply chain, business, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of supply chain planning or related experience
  • Strong breadth in Materials management experience including Purchasing, Planning (Strategic & Tactical) and Manufacturing
  • Strong analytical skills required relative to data mining and process development/improvement
  • Experience creating and maintain process
  • Ability to work hybrid in Linconshire, IL or Holtsville, NY
  • Ability to travel 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual Spanish spreaking is a plus
  • International Supply chain experience is a plus
  • Contract Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Direct manufacturing experience in the electronics industry is a plus
  • In-Depth Oracle experience
