We offer a competitive salary, generous benefits, unlimited growth potential, and a collegiate work environment.Job DescriptionThis position will manage VN BVNPT and regulatory new start applications, continuing renewal, annual reporting, and all regulatory submissions, site visits, to ensure timely submission by Program Leadership, drive regulatory academic compliance by working and influencing program leadership, develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Provide regulatory training and guidance to program leadership on nursing regulatory matters, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Strategize and implement compliance measures in alignment with regulatory standards and organizational goals. This role actively identify ways to streamline regulatory compliance and alleviate administrative burdens from Program Directors/Deans.
Project manage and lead initiatives to support corporate academics and regulatory affairs.Regulatory/BVNPT New Start Applications, Renewal Applications, Required Reporting, Filing, Responses:
  • Lead regulatory academic regulatory compliance initiatives by collaborating with and influencing VN/PN program leadership.
  • Oversee nursing regulatory filings, and ensure VN/PN program leadership and programs maintain compliance with all nursing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with VN/PN and Academics management to develop, implement, drive strategies for nursing regulatory compliance, efficiency, quality and success.
  • Ensure VN/PN program leadership is maintaining timely and appropriate communications with nursing regulatory bodies
  • Chair meetings with academic teams, Program Directors, Regional Deans, and the National Deans to assess compliance status and address potential issues or delays before deadlines.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues to maintain program integrity with nursing and accreditation nursing standards.
  • Formulate and refine policies, procedures, applications, regulatory notifications, and reports as necessary.
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Implement and standardize compliance measures in alignment with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
  • Drive communication and collaboration between VN/PN nursing regulatory bodies and VN/PN program leadership to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to program leadership on regulatory matters, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage regulatory projects for non-VN/PN nursing programs, as assigned.
Project Manage and Lead Special Projects
  • Spearhead special academic projects, constructing comprehensive project plans, and steering productive project meetings with stakeholders to advance departmental goals and objectives.
  • Take charge of project execution, ensuring timely and efficient completion while adhering to established timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues and keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to key stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate project outcomes against predefined success criteria, capturing lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the development, assessment, and verification of the regulatory master calendar and records, ensuring adherence to regulatory deadlines.
  • Manage accreditation electronic library, ensuring records are up to date and archived.
  • Drive projects and deadlines, making informed business decisions guided by regulatory requirements and factors affective project timelines.
  • Acquire, exhibit proficiency in, and stay updated on pertinent nursing program accreditation regulations and standards (such as BVNPT, CNEA, ACEN, and Boards of Nursing).
  • Interact with various College departments (e.g., Corporate Compliance, Marketing, Legal, Clinical Teams) as required.
  • Conduct analysis (Quantitative and Qualitative).
Salary starting at $60kQualifications
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university required, preferably in Project Management, Compliance, Healthcare, Economics, Finance, or Business Management.
  • 7 or more years with experience in Regulatory Affairs or other relevant experience in higher education. 3 years of compliance and/or auditing along with proven project management of strategic programs.
  • Accreditation, regulatory experience desired in education setting, preferred.
  • Ability to create and deliver written reports and presentations.
  • Excellent skills to analyze, write and integrate highly detailed information.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat; Mastery of computer based resources.
  • Ability to create Excel files and manage/analyze data, generate pivot tables and apply formulas in Excel.
  • Project planning/management tools (i.e. SmartSheet, MS Project)
