Client is expanding their operations looking for a construction professional with expertise in the multifamily space. This is a construction manager role with immediate need to support a growing business.
  • Assist the Director of Construction in overseeing assigned projects through all phases, including design development, plan review, construction, and final delivery
  • Ensure that all necessary construction information is shared with both the contractor and development team in a timely manner to guarantee the success of the project
  • Manage the design team during the construction phase to ensure smooth collaboration and project progress.
  • Work closely with the Director of Construction to maintain oversight of project budgets, schedules, and construction quality
  • Support and implement company-wide construction systems and policies to promote efficient teamwork and achieve both individual and collective goals

  • Experience managing construction projects for an owner/developer, including overseeing design teams during the creation of working drawings, managing general contractors throughout the construction process, delivering the finished product to customers, and managing ongoing warranty programs
  • Hands-on experience in delivering multifamily projects to buyers in roles such as development associate, construction professional, customer service representative, or similar positions across multiple projects
  • Familiarity with construction standards for fit and finishes, as well as both commercial and residential building systems
  • Knowledge of Georgia real estate development a plus
