We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, creativity and customer satisfaction.Minimum 2 years screen printing experience required with management experience.Full Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Shop Production Manager will oversee and optimize the screen printing and embroidery production process. This role requires a hands-on leader with technical knowledge in screen printing, management skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.We are looking for a person who is always striving to improve and learn how to do things the best way and who is a good problem solver.   • Oversee all aspects of screen printing production, including equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Management operation of both manual and automatic screen printing presses.
  • Plan and manage production schedules and monitor production for quality and accuracy.
  • Lead and manage screen printing operators and production staff. This includes training new employees and assigning tasks.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels for inks, screens, and supplies and perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the design team and communicate with clients, vendors, and other departments.
  • Maintain production records and review job orders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven screen printing production experience with management or supervisory experience a plus. Experience operating both automatic and manual presses, and embroidery machines is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and basic math skills are also important.
  • Understanding of screen printing processes, ink/color theory, and industry regulations.
  • Experience with graphic design software or other custom printing methods is a plus. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is also beneficial.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds.
Job SummaryJob is full time Monday-Friday. Pay is completely dependent on experience and skill level. After trial period, paid vacation, holiday pay, will be offered.Job Type: Full-timePay: Starting from $25 / hourBenefits:
